How to take Complidermol® 5 Alfa PLUS Capsules
- Take 1 or 2 capsules daily with meals, preferably in the morning.
- Take capsules with a glass of water (200 ml).

Mi experiencia con Complidermol 5 después de 3 meses
Después de 3 meses tomando Complidermol 5 Cápsulas puedo compartir mi experiencia. Empecé a tomarlo porque notaba el cabello más debilitado y con más caída de la habitual, especialmente durante el cepillado y la ducha.
